Job Role:

A seasoned strategic HR professional will provide expert guidance to drive business growth and excellence. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5-7 years of experience in BFSI/NBFC mass hiring, with a full-time MBA degree.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HR support in feedback, employee relations, development, coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Identify and attract top talent to enhance company culture.
  • Develop and implement innovative HR programs, including recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to champion a culture of excellence and engage employees.
  • Design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of BFSI/NBFC mass hiring experience post full-time MBA degree.
  • Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
