About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources management.

  • Recruitment: Assist in recruiting and hiring qualified job applicants for open positions by collaborating with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required.
  • Leave and Attendance Management: Help record employee monthly leave consumptions and maintain accurate attendance records.
  • Onboarding and Orientation: Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Employee Inquiries: Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex matters to relevant staff members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Communication: Possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.
  • English Proficiency: Demonstrate strong English language skills, including spoken and written proficiency.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as earning certifications in relevant skills.
