Job Title: Food Service Operations Manager

This role involves overseeing frontline partner teams in food service operations, ensuring tasks related to production planning, engineering, and front-of-house services are coordinated effectively. Compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations is also crucial.

The successful candidate will facilitate efficient organization of the contract, aligning with contractual terms and conditions, and focus on enhancing customer experience through effective management and service delivery.

  • Prioritize client retention and demonstrate commitment to delivering quality service to clients and employees.
  • Collaborate within a team and exhibit initiative when working independently.
  • Develop excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Adhere to legislation and follow rules and regulations outlined in the client handbook.

  • Manage vendor rotations and plan operations for assigned clients.

  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience with a Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management.
