Business Development Specialist

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective value chain promotion strategies to enhance business growth and market linkages. This role requires expertise in designing and executing solutions that drive sustainable enterprise development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing value chain promotion strategies to drive business growth.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including private sector actors and community-led enterprises.
- Developing capacity-building modules and training programs to support target beneficiaries.
- Monitoring and evaluating the impact of value chain promotion initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Forestry, Finance, or Business.
- Strong understanding of business model development and financial linkage skills.
- 8 years of professional experience in natural resources management, agroforestry, and nature-based businesses.
- 5 years of experience in value chain promotion, marketing, and establishing market linkages.
