Job Title: Senior Manager, OTC In

The role of a Senior Manager, OTC In requires an individual to spearhead digital transformation initiatives in the Financial and Accounting domain. This involves leading cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement agendas across various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps that address business problems/opportunities for key customers in the F&A domain, utilizing methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Re-engineering, and technology solutions such as Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism.
  • Deliver high-impact digital projects, RPA bots, AIML projects, and Six Sigma projects in collaboration with global leads and client leadership.
  • Provide analytical direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle, ensuring alignment and integrity of deliverables with program objectives.
  • Lead initiatives, providing exposure to senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Drive productivity improvements, reduce Bad Bench rates, and champion the implementation of standard Global Processes.
  • Support operational excellence, automation, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and standardization.
