Revenue Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to play a key role in shaping our RevOps function. This is an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of hands-on RevOps and HubSpot implementation experience. They should be skilled in lead scoring, funnel optimization, reporting, and attribution modeling, with experience in middleware/integration tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
  • Configure lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and advanced lead routing.
  • Map revenue processes and build scalable workflows and automations.
  • Implement integrations with other platforms (CRM, billing, product, CS, warehouses).
  • Audit funnels and pipelines to identify and close revenue leakages.
  • Build real-time dashboards for attribution, forecasting, and growth tracking.
  • Manage data governance (properties, objects, workflows) within HubSpot.
Requirements:
  • 3–6 years of hands-on RevOps and HubSpot implementation experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-hub HubSpot setups (Marketing + CRM + CX).
  • Skilled in lead scoring, funnel optimization, reporting, and attribution modeling.
  • Experience with middleware/integration tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs).
