As a senior financial strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of our organization. Headquartered in Austin, Texas, we are a leading provider of innovative solutions for the Telecommunications Service Provider industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective budgeting and cash management strategies to drive business growth and success.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee finance-related projects, ensuring smooth execution and booking processes.
- Consolidate financial data from various sources, providing insights for informed decision-making.
- Ensure prompt payment of accounts payable, maintaining good vendor relationships.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, predicting future trends and outcomes.
- Design and implement incentive programs, motivating team members to achieve targets.
- Manage and analyze Management Information Systems, providing actionable insights for strategic decisions.
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently, meeting statutory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant corporate laws and regulations, minimizing risk exposure.
- CA or Inter CA (2-4 years' experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
