We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team at OpsMx. This role is ideal for a driven professional with experience in the SaaS domain, focusing on outbound calling and lead generation within the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients in the US market to understand their needs and present our product effectively.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage with prospects to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
  • Pipeline Management: Collaborate with account executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and track key performance metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to provide valuable insights from prospect interactions and inform product development.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of success in outbound calling and lead generation within the US market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and other sales tools.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development in a dynamic and innovative environment.
