Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an International Customer Service Executive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound and outbound international calls with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate and timely assistance to customers, addressing their queries, complaints, or product information needs.
  • Adhere to established communication scripts and company policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
  • Record call details accurately in CRM tools for tracking and analysis purposes.
  • Meet performance metrics such as Average Handling Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Quality Scores to ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Excellent spoken English with a neutral or global accent.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively handle complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including night shifts aligned with US/UK timings.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed to efficiently manage customer interactions and data entry tasks.
  • Relevant educational qualifications and skills that align with the job requirements.
