- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service leadership or a comparable position.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and ability to generate reports to drive business decisions.
