Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service leadership or a comparable position.
  • Outstanding leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and ability to generate reports to drive business decisions.
