As a customer service executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction. This position requires a unique blend of technical skills, business acumen, and interpersonal abilities.
"> Responsibilities:- Review and validate customer enrolment in SAP systems to ensure accurate data entry and proper induction processes are followed.
- Manage the entire order cycle from receipt to delivery, confirming orders within 24 hours and providing timely delivery information to customers.
- Perform invoicing activities for all segment distributors and customers of lubricant division, capturing schemes, prices, and cash discounts correctly on invoices as per policy.
- Bridge the gap between demand and supply by systematically processing orders and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve complaints efficiently.
- Regularly review open orders and take appropriate actions to service all orders promptly.
- Strong understanding of SAP systems and proficiency in data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement changes as needed.
