Job Title: Strategic Business Development Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Proposal Manager to lead the development, management, and delivery of high-quality business proposals that align with our offerings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of client needs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to craft compelling solutions that effectively communicate value propositions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end proposal process for corporate clients, government bodies, and academic institutions, ensuring timely and effective submission.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and tech teams to design customized solutions and offerings that meet client requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive sponsorship decks, pitch documents, and partnership proposals for innovation programs and talent engagement initiatives.
  • Write and edit proposals with a focus on client benefits, return on investment (ROI), and innovation impact, highlighting unique selling points and differentiators.
  • Maintain a centralized proposal content library to facilitate faster turnaround times and improve consistency.
  • Analyze proposal outcomes, track feedback, and implement continuous improvements to enhance the quality and effectiveness of submissions.
  • Ensure branding, consistency, and quality standards are maintained across all proposals, upholding the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in proposal management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional business writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise narratives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and familiarity with proposal tools is highly desirable.
