Business Process Optimization Specialist

The Business Process Optimization Specialist plays a pivotal role in the development and deployment of business processes and capabilities that drive sales and customer satisfaction at a country, region, or global level.

  • Designing Sales Incentive Strategies: Crafting strategic plans to motivate sales teams and enhance overall performance.
  • Developing Operational Processes: Enhancing existing processes and creating new ones to support customers/partners and drive efficiency.
  • Integrating IT Solutions: Seamlessly connecting technology solutions across functions, business groups, and geographic requirements.
  • Driving Efficiency: Optimizing process efficiency and effectiveness to achieve metric targets across the sales force and services delivery organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement: Leading or participating in process improvement teams involving design, development, testing, support, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Interacting with stakeholders and operational teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Business Acumen: Applying foundational knowledge of business/IT principles to projects of limited scope.
  • Information Analysis: Providing information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team initiatives.
  • Application Expertise: Developing expertise and practical knowledge of applications within a business environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: First-level university degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Typically 0–2 years of related experience in IT or business operations.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to exercise independent judgment within defined parameters.
  • Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
