Job Title: Business Development Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Business Development Specialist in a dynamic sales and service environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting documentation, proposal preparation, lead coordination, and business development operations.

We are looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in MS Office who is eager to learn and grow in a technical/engineering sales environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare sales documents, quotations, and client proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, finance) for business development requirements.
  • Maintain CRM/sales databases with up-to-date client and opportunity information.
  • Support tender/bid documentation and compliance checks.
  • Assist in handling customer inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Generate periodic reports on sales pipeline and business development activities.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day support for the sales team.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate in Business/Commerce/Engineering/or related field.
  • Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in business development/support/sales coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
