As a Skincare Consultant, you will play a key role in building relationships with users and partners by communicating Klym's vision in a clear, friendly and persuasive manner.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound calls to potential users and partners to introduce Klym
  • Explaining product features and benefits in simple, relatable language
  • FOLLOWING up on leads, inquiries and maintaining CRM records
  • Supporting customer outreach campaigns and gathering feedback
  • Ensuring excellent customer experience in every interaction

Requirements include:

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
  • Confident, empathetic and comfortable handling phone conversations
  • Prior experience in telesales, customer support or lead generation is preferred
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
