Role Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic Skincare Category Lead who's passionate about category management and driving revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Main Objectives
  • Drive revenue on multiple e-commerce platforms, working closely with our marketplace team.
  • Conduct market research, understand competition & market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain good relationship management skills, including knowledge in dealing with stakeholders and inventory management systems.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead the team for product categories, A+ content, and search engine optimization to achieve best listings.
  • Operational Efficiency
  • Manage relationships with related personnel within designated marketplaces, work with operations teams to manage shipments/POs and reduce stock-out time.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, and work with management to forecast future performance and maintain accurate data.
  • Category Management
  • Handle key accounts management, category and catalogue management, brand management.
