Job Title: Senior Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead the preparation and filing of SEC reports, manage end-to-end US GAAP accounting processes, and research complex technical accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of SEC Reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.)
  • Direct the management of US GAAP Accounting and reporting processes
  • Conduct in-depth research and implement complex technical accounting standards
  • Review financial statements and disclosures for accuracy and compliance

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in SEC reporting and US GAAP accounting, hands-on experience with 10-K and 10-Q preparation and filing, and strong knowledge of US GAAP technical accounting guidance (ASC).

Preferred skills include experience managing client-facing accounting/reporting projects, proficiency in Workiva, and knowledge of SEC and PCAOB audit regulations.
