Job Title

Senior Financial Accounting Specialist Required

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial accounting specialist to join our team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and taxation, with experience working with multiple entities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end UK accounting and taxation for various entities, including property and e-commerce businesses.
  • Lead and oversee accounting operations for UK entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Manage personal tax filings and corporate tax computations, ensuring timely submissions.
  • Handle HMRC and Companies House filings, guaranteeing 100% compliance.
  • Review and manage VAT filings across multiple business structures.
  • Supervise preparation of monthly and annual accounts, adhering to UK GAAP.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and consultants.
  • Provide financial insights and reporting to support business decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ACCA qualification and 10+ years of relevant UK accounting and taxation experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple entities, deadlines, and team members.
  • Solid understanding of UK financial regulations, particularly personal taxation, corporate tax, VAT, and statutory filing requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting for UK-registered companies.
  • Experience in a KPO, accounting firm, or outsourcing setup catering to UK-based companies is preferred.
