Senior Financial Planning Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our finance team.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will analyze and interpret income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to identify trends, patterns, and key financial indicators.
  • Responsibilities include researching variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, with a focus on proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • This role requires deep dive analysis of financial data to become a subject matter expert and provide additional insights.
  • Key responsibilities also involve performing financial planning and analysis activities, including profit and loss and balance sheet and cash flow analysis, to support business decision-making processes.
Requirements:
  • A Chartered Accountant or Master's in finance or a related field is required.
  • 5-6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role is necessary.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with an advanced understanding of the financial planning process are essential.
  • Experience in Oracle Planning Cloud, specifically EPBCS, is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications like PeopleSoft, OneStream, and Tableau is advantageous.
