About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of our financial planning and budgeting solution. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy a comprehensive budgeting and forecasting platform.

Your Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of our financial planning and budgeting modules, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.">
  • Partner with finance, accounting, and IT teams to understand business processes and translate them into efficient solutions.">
  • Design and build budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting models.">
  • Customize input forms, dashboards, calculations, and business rules in our financial planning and budgeting software.">
  • Develop integration strategies with our ERP system and other third-party systems using data management tools and REST APIs.">
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end-users and administrators.">
  • Ensure system scalability, security, and performance optimization.">
  • Lead UAT sessions and coordinate resolution of identified issues.">
  • Maintain project documentation including process flows, design specs, and user manuals.">
  • Stay up to date with the latest releases and best practices to advise on continuous improvement.">

You'll Need:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.">
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and budgeting or similar roles.">
  • Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and modeling in a corporate setting.">
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial planning and budgeting software and its integration with ERP systems.">
  • Hands-on experience with scripting, forms customization, data integration tools, and financial reporting.">
  • Proficient in building and maintaining calculation scripts, business rules, and financial reports.">
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.">
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.">
  • Financial planning and budgeting certification (e.g., CFP, CPBA).">
  • Experience in a consulting environment or multiple implementations.">
  • Familiarity with tools like Oracle Smart View, data management, and EPM Automate.">
