Job Description

We are seeking an Economist to play a crucial role in supporting our organization by conducting research on economic issues. Your responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing data using analytical models and statistical techniques, presenting your findings in reports, tables, and charts, and forecasting market trends to advise businesses and governments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Research Agenda Development

Develop and implement research agendas and report concepts, delivering at least one detailed report within a year.

Collaboration and Research Assignments

Engage with various stakeholders to conduct research assignments, resulting in at least one co-authored report or publication.

Identifying Research Topics

Work with stakeholders to identify topics for research, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Content Preparation and Presentations

Prepare discussion points, talking points, and relevant content for effective delivery during meetings and discussions, as well as making presentations in various forums.

Issue Interpretation and Resolution

Interpret issues raised by stakeholders, understand their concerns, and recommend solutions to address them effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

A postgraduate degree in economics is essential. You should possess thought leadership, strategic thinking, excellent domain knowledge, conceptualization, and consultative skills, along with effective communication and presentation skills.
