Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Modelling:
    • Ensure accurate, valid, and robust analytical solutions to inform business strategy.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning to optimize analytics capabilities.
  • Business Impact:
    • Translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations that drive revenue growth and profitability.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Measure and communicate the impact of analytics initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to foster collaboration and trust.
    • Effectively communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to diverse audiences.
    • Collaborate with senior management to shape the analytics roadmap and drive business outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Operational Research, or Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in financial services or retail business.
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring data analysts.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, model development, validation, machine learning, NLP, and marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools like R, SQL, Power BI, and MS Excel.
  • Deep knowledge of predictive analytics techniques (machine learning algorithms, logistic & linear regression, decision trees, clustering).
  • Expertise in exploratory data analysis (data preparation, exploration, and visualization).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
