Job Title: Portfolio Analytics Specialist

A leading financial institution is seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Analytics Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the portfolio management group, you will be responsible for analyzing portfolios to uncover alpha, beta, and idiosyncratic drivers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and analytics, with experience working directly with portfolio managers, risk managers, analysts, and CIOs from top hedge funds and asset managers.

  • Work collaboratively with portfolio managers to develop and implement analytics-driven investment strategies.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Design and validate complex models to optimize portfolio performance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in front-office finance, preferably at a top-tier investment bank or hedge fund.
  • Top-notch analytical skills, with proficiency in mathematical modeling and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
