**Human Resources Business Partner Role Overview**: We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture within our Quick Commerce organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary HR point of contact at warehouse sites.
- Managing attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling in coordination with operations teams.
- Handling employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
- Overseeing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar/frontline staff.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintaining and updating HR records, documentation, and management information systems reports.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- 4+ years of overall HR experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing setups.
- Proven experience in managing blue-collar workforces.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in regional languages preferred for effective employee communication.
- Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and travel across warehouse locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems/tools.
