Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a driven and organized individual to work directly with our founder on driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, hiring talent, and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnerships & Outreach:
    • Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector
    • Establish and attend meetings to explore collaboration opportunities
    • Help plan webinars, events, or information sessions with institutions
  • Sales & Lead Management:
    • Engage with inbound leads (parents/students), explain services, and schedule consultations
    • Monitor sales pipeline and follow-ups
    • Collaborate with the founder to improve conversion strategies and enhance customer experience
  • Hiring & Talent:
    • Develop and post job descriptions for various roles
    • Manage the hiring process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new staff members
  • Business Operations:
    • Maintain accurate trackers for sales, hiring, and partnerships
    • Conduct market research to support new initiatives and drive business growth
    • Work closely with the founder to resolve ad-hoc business challenges and implement solutions
