Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineering Manager to lead and manage a team of engineers in building, maintaining, and improving our internal platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud platforms, containerization technologies, automation tools, and a strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.

  • Lead and manage a high-performance team of cloud engineers, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Define and execute the cloud roadmap in alignment with technology strategy and product development teams' needs.
  • Design, build, and maintain core components of the internal developer platform, including infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging solutions, and security controls.
  • Drive self-service capabilities to empower development teams and reduce operational overhead.
  • Implement and promote DevOps best practices, including infrastructure as code, continuous integration and delivery, and automated testing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or full-stack engineering team.
  • 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
