Job Title: Software Architecture Lead

We are seeking an experienced software architecture lead to spearhead the development of our technology foundation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development and cloud architecture, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and innovative solutions using AWS cloud infrastructure and best practices.

• Develop and optimize frontend (React.js/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/Nest.js) applications for web and mobile platforms.

• Set up and manage databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL) and caching systems (Redis).

• Establish coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and mentor junior developers.

• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate vision into technology and drive business outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, including HIPAA and GDPR requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in full stack development for web and mobile applications, including React Native, React.js/Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Material UI), Node.js (Express.js/Nest.js), REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices architecture design.

• Experience with databases, including MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, schema design, and optimization.

• Cloud architecture expertise with AWS, including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Elastic Beanstalk, CI/CD pipelines (Code Pipeline, GitHub Actions, Jenkins), infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation), Docker, and Kubernetes (EKS).

• Leadership and collaboration skills, including 3+ years of experience in leading development teams, agile/scrum practices, and strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
