Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our HR team with daily tasks, ongoing recruitment, and talent acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with hiring processes across various teams, coordinating interviews, and maintaining our applicant tracking system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Hiring: Support the recruitment process across multiple teams, including scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
  • Talent Sourcing & Outreach: Identify potential candidates through job platforms and social media, and engage with them to explore their interest in joining our team.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place and that candidates receive timely follow-up.
  • Manage ATS & Trackers: Maintain accurate records of applicants, interviews, and other relevant data within our applicant tracking system.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and facilitate a seamless recruitment process.
