Mentor Wealth is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Relationship Manager (Mutual Funds). This position serves as the primary representative of the company, responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in AUM acquisition & revenue growth, deep knowledge of mutual funds, SEBI guidelines, and market trends. They will also possess strong ability to build trust, negotiate, and close deals, as well as excellent communication and client servicing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients and drive AUM growth aggressively.
  • Design, implement, and review personalized financial plans for clients.
  • Manage and deepen existing client relationships to expand their portfolio share.
  • Identify new business opportunities across networks and channels.
  • Partner with leadership to align client growth strategies.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Leverage market insights to optimize sales strategy.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.

Requirements:

  • 5–6 years of experience in mutual fund sales (Fund House experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record in AUM acquisition & revenue growth.
  • Deep knowledge of mutual funds, SEBI guidelines, and market trends.
  • Strong ability to build trust, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Excellent communication and client servicing skills.
  • AMFI/NISM certification preferred.
