Job Title: Financial Management Specialist

Description:
As a Financial Management Specialist, you will oversee the entire accounts payable function to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments. This includes managing all day-to-day accounting in SAP with your team, handling accounts payable activities, and coordinating with the team on timely posting and payment. You will also be responsible for processing vendor invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and payment requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire accounts payable function to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting in SAP with the team.
  • Handle accounts payable activities and coordinate with the team on timely posting and payment.
  • Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and payment requests.

Requirements:
You will need a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field, and an MBA. Proven experience in accounts payable management, preferably in a leadership role, is required. Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, financial regulations, and internal controls is essential. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems is also necessary. Additionally, you should have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as strong leadership and team management abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy are crucial, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
