Position- Accounts Finance ManagerJob Location- Northwest DelhiRole DescriptionOversee the entire account s payable function ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments Managing all day-to-day accounting in SAP with the team Handling accounts payable activities and coordinating with the team on the timely posting and payment Manage the processing of vendor invoices purchase orders expense reports and payment requests Ensure compliance with company policies financial procedures and regulatory requirements Advance payment to the vendor tracking vendor advances and subsequent settlement Reconciliation of vendors group company foreign vendor and domestic vendor GST Computation Online Payment and Monthly GST Return Filing GSTR-1 GSTR-3B TDS Computation Payment and Return Filing TDS reconciliation with 26AS Responsible for month-end closing provisioning Profit Loss Bank ReconciliationBudgeting Forecasting and Variance Analysis Reviewing monthly expense Schedule Vendor Employee Aging Monitoring overall expenses of the company for cost savings Creates accounts payable processes and procedures Handling Internal and External Audit with Audit FirmsPayroll ManagementPreparing branch-wise Profit Loss A c and conducting monthly review meetings with Branch Heads Zonal heads and the Director of the company Qualifications Bachelor s degree in accounting Finance or a related field MBAProven experience in accounts payable management preferably in a leadership role Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes financial regulations and internal controls Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systemsExcellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and interpersonal skills Key Competencies Financial AcumenVendor ManagementCompliance and Audit ReadinessTechnological ProficiencyAnalytical ThinkingEffective Communication
