Demand Planner Role

As a key member of our supply chain management team, we are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to play a pivotal role in driving business growth through accurate demand forecasting and analysis.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed demand forecasts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform business decisions. If you have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supply chain management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts using statistical modeling and data analysis techniques.
  • Analyzing market trends, sales data, and customer behavior to inform forecasting models.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of business objectives and strategies.
  • Maintaining expertise in ERP systems, including SAP ECC and S4 Hana, and implementing best practices in data management and analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience in demand planning and forecasting, preferably in consumer goods, food & beverage, or manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Operations Planning (SCOP) processes and ability to apply them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
