Our Core Responsibilities:

  • Post and manage job adverts on multiple platforms.
  • Conduct active candidate outreach via various channels.
  • Develop screening and assessment processes, including technical assessments and interviews.
  • Evaluate job applications and mark assessments.
  • Perform background checks on candidates.
  • Create shortlists for clients.
  • Handle candidate communication and coordination.
  • BUILD relationships with institutional partners like universities and colleges.
  • Enhance employer brand awareness through events and networking.
  • Refine and improve our screening and assessment process continuously.
  • Report on recruitment performance.
  • Implement action items from client calls and performance reviews.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new and existing processes.
  • Ongoing process optimisation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic and motivation.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a startup environment or scale-up.
