The White Teak Company is seeking a skilled Sales and Service Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to support the Store Manager in managing day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maximize sales through effective merchandising and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in managing store operations.
- Ensure store personnel provide exceptional customer service.
- Maximize sales through effective merchandising and marketing.
- Deal with customer queries and concerns.
- Maximize profitability and meet sales targets.
- Maintain financial records.
- Liaise with the corporate office and work with stakeholders.
- Exhibit a professional approach to handling internal/external customers.
- Be aware of changing market dynamics and stay updated on industry developments.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for a smooth supply chain process.
- Focus on customer relationship.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a related industry.
- Great interpersonal skills and customer service.
- Skilled in time management and task prioritization.
- Strong understanding of the market.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to write clear, detailed reports.
- Initiative to identify new markets and customer needs.
