Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team at Enser Communications. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in cultivating strong relationships with our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate their value to customers
Utilize strong negotiation and convincing skills to close high-quality leads
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve targets and earn incentives
Requirements:
Target-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in Hindi and English
Knowledge of the Ed-tech domain is an added advantage
Minimum 2 years of working experience in BPO or sales processes
Experience in handling Insurance or Ed-tech sales processes is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on result-driven sales
Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred candidates have a background in sales and are quick learners
