We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team at Enser Communications. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in cultivating strong relationships with our valued customers.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to drive revenue growth


  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate their value to customers


  • Utilize strong negotiation and convincing skills to close high-quality leads


  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve targets and earn incentives



Requirements:



  • Target-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


  • Fluency in Hindi and English


  • Knowledge of the Ed-tech domain is an added advantage


  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in BPO or sales processes


  • Experience in handling Insurance or Ed-tech sales processes is a plus


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on result-driven sales


  • Strong organizational and time management skills


  • Preferred candidates have a background in sales and are quick learners
