Community Building and Support Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support our community of mechanical and electrical engineers. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing platform that connects engineers across the globe through knowledge sharing, networking, and meetups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative tasks and coordinate efforts to ensure smooth operation of our community.
  • Prepare content for events, social media, and other communication channels to engage our audience.
  • Moderate existing online groups to foster meaningful discussions and engagement.
  • Assist with planning and execution of monthly community meetups and related activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, follow up on tasks, and draft occasional emails to keep our community informed.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written).
  • A passion for community building and learning together.
  • Prior experience in admin or content roles is highly valued.
  • Availability of 5-7 hours per week, flexible schedule.
