Sales Associate for FMCG Enterprise Business

About the Role: As a Sales Associate at Beco, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for identifying potential opportunities and customers, conducting customer visits, product demos, and selling Beco products at higher realizations.
Key Responsibilities: Manage distribution for Key Accounts (local & PAN India), order collection, CRM & pipeline management, and escalations, participate in city and state-level exhibitions and trade seminars, engage with key stakeholders (procurement, admin, FM managers), handle contract renewals, price negotiations, new product introductions, and escalations, manage local and PAN India key accounts, oversee order and payment collection, business reviews, SKU positioning, and the Record Setter program.
Requirements: MBA in a related field, 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in MNC & B2B, strong client relationship and communication skills, fluency in English with knowledge of digital sales tools, experience with clients in Best-fit Behavioral Traits, practical problem-solver with business sense and judgment, passionate about capability-building and learning agility, mature, collaborative, and able to motivate teams.
Estimated Salary: ₹1,000,000 - ₹1,400,000 per annum
