Job DescriptionOverview

EducoHire is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar regions. This role will be responsible for managing a sales team, nurturing client relationships, and driving strategic growth within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise sales representatives.
  • Client Relationships: Maintain strong connections with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends for strategic insights.
  • Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree: Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience: Sales, with a focus on team management.
  • Strong communication: Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
