Key Responsibilities

  • Taking complete ownership of project execution, including financial management
  • Oversight of existing projects to optimize performance in collaboration with product teams
  • Maintaining day-to-day operations, driving volume growth, tracking progress, identifying flags, and providing daily reports
  • Analyzing training needs and delivering targeted training sessions
  • Cultivating a culture of continuous feedback and issue resolution
  • Fostering team performance to achieve set Key Result Areas (KRAs)
  • Mentoring and motivating student workforce members, demonstrating strong people engagement skills
  • Piloting new projects and introducing process improvements at every level within operations
  • Setting goals, KPIs, and targets for team members

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing an operations team
  • Demonstrated ability to drive tightly controlled operational metrics
  • Strong process orientation and business acumen
  • Excellent people management, team building, and program management skills
  • A bias for action and high-quality work delivery in dynamic environments
  • Relevant educational qualifications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi
