Job Title: Team Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily workflow management to optimize team capacity and project pool performance.
  • Ensure schedule adherence for self and team members, facilitating seamless operations and timely delivery.
  • Overcome daily hurdles of absenteeism, erratic workflow, ad-hoc requests, and other challenges through effective operations management.
  • Maintain open communication with US offices through regular calls and emails.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports in a timely manner to desired recipients.
  • Conduct random quality checks on volumes processed by team members to uphold quality standards.
  • Hold daily meetings with the team and provide timely process updates to maintain quality and productivity.
Professional Qualifications/Experience:
  • Graduate or master's degree from any stream is essential.
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills with problem-solving ability.
  • Good networking skills within the organization to facilitate tasks completion.
  • Training skills to conduct process training, refresher training, and basic soft skills training.
  • Ability to create a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage change effectively.
  • 5-7 years of work experience in managing teams at BPO/KPO organizations.
  • Ability to de-stress the work environment under pressure and review reports to take data-driven actions.
