Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Engineer and Solution Architect to join our team at Kanerika Software. As a key member of our presales team, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our sales team, as well as developing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to our clients.

    • Kickoff and bid planning with high reaction speed and quality

    • Quick risk identification and highlighting, as well as early identification of key deliverables not directly asked for (e.g. mockups)
  • Responsibility, Deliverable Quality, and Process Compliance
    • Consistent high-quality language across sections of a proposal
    • Standard template for general proposals, customized structure for specific requests like RFPs, and storyboarding for presentations
    • General completeness and correctness according to requirements specified in solicitation documents
    • Process compliance, including regular and timely updates to the knowledge repository
    • Aesthetics and document formatting, including quality, consistency, and relevance of graphics, architecture diagrams, mockups, and infographics
  • Intelligence and Value Addition
    • Providing intelligence to the bid team, including clients' industry, client preferences for engagement model development methodology, competition, and tentative budget
    • Empathy and understanding of customers' deeper pain areas, including research and intelligent queries
    • Baking win themes (at times subtly) in all sections of the deliverable/s and strong messaging in the executive summary
    • Solution and estimation validation, including ability to guide and challenge the solution and estimates
    • Quality of the original executive summary, including zero objective (factual) errors
  • Global Leveraging and Organizational Strength
    • Relevance and quality of case studies, including all relevant success stories
    • Leveraging the best contributors, including specific context of each opportunity
    • Effective use of past knowledge from past presales deliverables
    • Effective use of support groups, including talent management, information security, and legal
Requirements
