Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Engineer and Solution Architect to join our team at Kanerika Software. As a key member of our presales team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality proposals that showcase our company's expertise and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Centricity – Soft Skills
    • Develop strong written and oral communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure efficient collaboration and delivery of projects.
    • Utilize intelligent probing techniques to gain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences.
    • Effectively utilize tools such as Presales templates, MS Teams, OneDrive, and Calendars to streamline collaboration and communication.
    • Deliver strong presentations to C-Level executives, showcasing our company's expertise and capabilities.
    • Negotiate resource allocation, response timelines, estimates, resource loading, rates, and other key aspects of project delivery.
  • Agility – Responsiveness
    • Develop high reaction speed and quality to effectively respond to client needs and preferences.
    • Identify the right team members to collaborate on projects and ensure efficient delivery.
    • Provide timely and appropriate reminders to stakeholders to ensure project progress and delivery.
    • Proactively identify and highlight potential risks and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Responsibility – Deliverable Quality & Process compliance
    • Ensure consistent, high-quality language across all proposal sections.
    • Develop and maintain standard templates for general proposals and customized structures for specific requests.
    • Ensure completeness and correctness of all proposal content, including functional, technical, company data, process-related content, and creative content.
    • Regularly update knowledge repositories to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Ensure quality, consistency, and relevance of graphics, architecture diagrams, mock-ups, infographics, and other visual elements.
  • Intelligence – Value Addition
    • Provide intelligence to the bid team on client industry, preferences, competition, and other key aspects of project delivery.
    • Develop empathy with clients to understand their deeper pain areas and preferences.
    • Identify and incorporate win themes into all proposal sections.
    • Validate solution and estimation proposals to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
    • Develop a strong executive summary that showcases our company's expertise and capabilities.
  • Global - leveraging Organizational Strength
    • Relevance and quality of case studies, including all relevant success stories.
    • Leverage the best contributors to each opportunity, taking into account specific context and requirements.
    • Effectively utilize past knowledge from previous presales deliverables.
    • Utilize support groups, including talent management, information security, legal, HR, and other key departments.
Requirements
  • Must Have Skills
    • MBA from a reputable institute.
    • 3+ years of experience working in presales in the IT industry.
