Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Engineer and Solution Architect to join our team at Kanerika Software. As a key member of our presales team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality proposals that showcase our company's capabilities and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Centricity – Soft Skills
    • Develop strong written and oral communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Utilize intelligent probing techniques to gain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and resources.
    • Present complex information in a clear and concise manner to C-Level executives.
    • Negotiate and manage client expectations to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Agility – Responsiveness
    • Develop and execute high-quality bid plans to meet client deadlines.
    • Adhere to bid plans and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Provide timely and effective follow-ups and reminders to clients and stakeholders.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Responsibility – Deliverable Quality & Process Compliance
    • Develop and maintain high-quality language and articulation across proposal sections.
    • Ensure consistent document structure and formatting across proposals.
    • Verify completeness and correctness of proposal content to meet client requirements.
    • Comply with company processes and procedures to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Ensure aesthetics and document formatting meet company standards.
  • Intelligence – Value Addition
    • Provide intelligence to the bid team to inform proposal development.
    • Understand client pain points and develop solutions to address them.
    • Develop win themes and messaging to showcase company capabilities.
    • Validate solution and estimation accuracy to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Global – Leveraging Organizational Strength
    • Develop and leverage case studies to demonstrate company success.
    • Leverage expertise from across the organization to inform proposal development.
    • Utilize past knowledge and experience to inform proposal development.
    • Collaborate with support groups to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Must Have Skills
    • MBA from a reputable institution.
    • 3+ years of experience in presales in the IT industry.
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal relations and collaboration skills.
    • Flexible and hard-working.
  • Technical Skills
    • Knowledge of presales processes.
    • Basic understanding of business analytics and AI.
