Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

At MonoSpear Technologies Pvt Ltd, we are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into a ServiceNow solution.
  • Develop and maintain the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Implement and configure ServiceNow modules to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Customize ServiceNow to meet specific business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure successful integration of ServiceNow with other systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with ServiceNow platform.
  • Keep up to date with the latest ServiceNow development and best practices.
  • Mentor and train junior ServiceNow developers and engineers.
Requirements:
  • At least 8-10 years of experience with ServiceNow platform.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow development, including customizations and integrations.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams.
  • Sound knowledge on IT Application architecture, Design methodologies across multiple platforms.
  • Good grip on non-functional areas like performance, scalability studies, human interaction, software ergonomics.
  • Knowledge of design driven development, continuous integration, building highly scalable applications, application security.
  • Knowledge of agile software development process.
  • Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communications skills.
  • Passionate about technology and excited about the emerging/disruptive technologies.
