Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team at mlesystems. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and reliable ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and Design Solutions: Lead the design of ServiceNow solutions that align with our enterprise goals and objectives.
  • Platform Management: Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, and HRSD.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units and IT teams to ensure that platform capabilities align with our enterprise strategy.
  • Governance and Standards: Define platform architecture standards, best practices, and governance processes.
  • Technical Leadership: Guide development teams on integrations, customizations, workflows, and system upgrades.
  • Pre-sales and Client Engagement: Participate in pre-sales discussions, RFPs, and client advisory sessions, presenting technical solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in IT with a focus on ServiceNow platform implementation and architecture.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD).
  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, workflows, and automation.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs) and third-party tool integrations.
  • Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, migrations, and new module implementations.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in cloud-based infrastructure and SaaS platforms is a plus.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or CTA) are highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and DevOps frameworks.
  • Knowledge of governance models for multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
