**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team at MLE Systems. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and reliable ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with our enterprise goals and objectives.

- Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, and HRSD.

- Collaborate with business units and IT teams to align platform capabilities with our enterprise strategy.

- Define platform architecture standards, best practices, and governance processes.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on integrations, customizations, workflows, and system upgrades.

- Participate in pre-sales discussions, RFPs, and client advisory sessions, presenting technical solutions.

**Additional Responsibilities:**

- Architect integrations with third-party tools, including APIs, web services, and data connectors.

- Troubleshoot and resolve platform performance issues and recommend optimization strategies.

**Requirements:**

- 8+ years of experience in IT with a focus on ServiceNow platform implementation and architecture.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD).

- Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, workflows, and automation.

- Strong understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs) and third-party tool integrations.

- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, migrations, and new module implementations.

- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage cross-functional projects.

- Experience in cloud-based infrastructure and SaaS platforms is a plus.

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or CTA) are highly preferred.

- Strong communication and client-facing skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience working in Agile environments.

- Familiarity with ITIL and DevOps frameworks.

- Knowledge of governance models for multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
