At Live Connections, we are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead our ServiceNow platform initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and architecture software platforms, products
  2. Provide leadership and expert knowledge of ServiceNow application architecture to business and technology teams
  3. Manage clients, complex projects, drive business requirement gathering, manage scope and client expectations
  4. Perform upgrades and customizations of ServiceNow platform applications while adhering to source code, configuration management, release management and software development best practices
  5. Create project and application architecture deliverables that are consistent with architecture principles, standards, methodologies, and best practices
  6. Perform advanced customizations including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, workflows, custom tables, reports etc.
  7. Provide support / guidance to the development teams during the analysis, development, and testing processes
  8. Experience with technical programming; capable of managing and overseeing global teams designing, programming, and implementing various technical solutions

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
  2. 10+ years Industry experience in developing and architecture of software platforms, products
  3. At least 5+ years of experience on ServiceNow platform in modules like ITSM, HRSD, APM, PPM, GRC or ITAM (IRM & GRC preferred)
