
Organizational Development Specialist

This role plays a vital part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department across various areas including recruitment, onboarding, record management, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assists with advertising job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and extending offers.
- Onboarding/Exit: Prepares kits, assists with orientations, updates records, and supports formalities during employee exit.
- HR Administration: Maintains HR information systems/files, tracks attendance, leaves, and prepares basic HR documents.
- Employee Engagement: Assists with organizing events and internal communications.
- Compliance: Supports background checks, documentation, and audit preparation.
- Reporting: Compiles weekly status updates and basic HR metrics.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or having completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite; experience with HR information systems is an asset.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
