Senior AI Engineering Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior AI Engineering Manager to join our team.

  • Design and deploy large-scale, secure, and compliant Generative AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build end-to-end LLM workflows.
  • Translate domain needs into effective AI systems.
  • Lead the integration of RAG pipelines, vector stores, prompt orchestration, and real-time inference.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining AI infrastructure.
  • Defining and implementing AI engineering best practices.
  • Leading the design and deployment of AI models.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance on AI development.

This role requires strong technical expertise in AI, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture.
  • 2+ years working directly with LLMs and Generative AI.
  • Proven success deploying production LLM applications.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade LLM APIs.
  • Proficient in Python for building orchestration pipelines.
  • Strong expertise with Databricks ecosystem.
  • Deep knowledge of data governance and metadata management.
  • Experience integrating vector databases and implementing feedback systems.
  • Ability to map domain problems to AI workflows.
  • Familiarity with deploying models in cloud or hybrid environments.
  • Clear and effective communicator.
