AI Infrastructure Specialist

Job Description:

Job Title: Spanish (Mexico)

Location: Pan India

Experience: 5+ yrs.

Employment Type: Contract to hire

Work Mode: Remote

Notice Period:

Responsibilities:

  1. 3+ years of professional experience in a technical or analytical field.
  2. Proficiency in any programming language or tech stack is acceptable; a strong grasp of APIs, data formats (e.g., JSON), and logical thinking is more critical than specific toolsets.
  3. Strong general technical reasoning skills and the ability to model real-world assistant behavior using tool-based APIs.
  4. Ability to break down complex tasks and simulate realistic dialogues that reflect user expectations and assistant limitations.
  5. Excellent written communication skills in English, with a focus on clarity, tone, and instructional coherence.
  6. Creativity and attention to detail in crafting realistic scenarios and responses.
  7. Experience working with or around LLMs, virtual assistants, or function-calling frameworks is a plus.
  8. Ability to follow detailed guidelines and formatting standards with high consistency.
  9. Native or professional proficiency in at least one of the following 16 locales is required:

Bonus Points:

  1. Experience working with AI infrastructure and AGI workflows.
  2. Knowledge of model training, fine-tuning, and deployment techniques.
